- The name of the school is The Snaith School.
- The school is a community school.
- The name of the governing body is “The governing body of The Snaith School”.
- The governing body shall consist of:
- 7 parent governors (at least one third of the places)
- 4 LEA governors (one fifth of the places)
- 4 staff governors (at least two, up to and including one third of the places and including the Headteacher).
- d 5 community governors (at least one fifth of the places) .
- Total number of governors 20.
- The term of office is 4 years.
- This instrument of government comes into effect on 1 September 2004.
- This instrument was made by order of East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
- A copy of the instrument must be supplied to every member of the governor body.
